Back pain is one of those things that everyone suffers with from time to time, I know I do and it can be quite difficult to shift. I get pain in the lower back, like an ache so these exercises are really useful for me - thanks alot!

I have already back problems. The only one what helps me was the fitness studio. Though one receives no quick result, but it is worthwhile.
Great resource links. I visited the 2 links and they are both helpful to me. The instructions are simple and do-able at home and there are videos for reference as well. Thanks for sharing!
That’s good to have hot water bag as your cushion. It will make your muscles get relaxed and it will normalize blood flow. It’s a must to take up the advice of doctors.

I have the worst back pain…it all started 1 year ago when I started working at a desk full time. I have found that going for a run every morning and stretching throughout the day helps big time.
I’ve recently been hobbled by back pain and it is the most frustrating thing I’ve experienced in my life. It comes, it goes, it prevents me from performing my normal activities.
While I currently receive chiropractic care, I have been looking for exercise to try above and beyond those that the doctor provides. Thanks for providing this resource.
AS someone who suffers from pack pain this article and other links are very useful. Until now only some strong painkillers have helped, fingers crossed this will be better!
I agree that contrary to the old belief of bed rest after you have hurt your back, that exercises are the best thing you can do. Strengthening my core muscles and stretching properly has made a world of difference with my back pain.
