Addiction Treatment
As I have talked about before with you, my loyal readers, drug addiction in America is at an all time high. We need act quickly to stop the drug problem here before it gets worse.
The solution to stopping a drug addiction is drug treatment.
Drug treatment centers will help you with addiction recovery, as well as alcohol rehabilitation among other things.
Everyone has an addiction, defined as a substance or idea for which one will do seemingly irrational acts to preserve, protect, and/or advance.
Whether it be alcohol, gambling, the stock market, Deism, Atheism, sex, or drugs, it is impossible not to have an addiction in this life.
The Rishis of India are addicted to killing desire, the source of all addictions, but then, Richis give up productive work, family and service to country in their desire to kill desire.
As Milton Freidman, the Nobel Prize winner said, “Drug addicts can live perfectly normal lives, and we could prevent 10,000 murders and 100,000 burglaries every year by simply making all drugs legal, and using the taxes on their sales to treat addictions if and when they become debilitating.
The US already has more people in prison than any other nation on Earth, including China and North Korea because our law makers have made it virtually impossible for a person to go an entire day without violating a law, whether it be jay walking or driving too fast, dropping a paper bag on the sidewalk, smoking in the wrong place, or looking at a member of the opposite sex the wrong way in some jurisdictions.
We need to be careful how we handle and label drug addiction. We may end up throwing everybody except the police and judges in jail.
Every signer of the Declaration of Independence would have spent significant time in an American prison (excluding treason under British law), had our current laws been in effect in the colonies in 1776.
And, Congress feverishly passes hundreds more laws every session. They just feel if they are going to be there, they might as well be doing something. Unfortunately, most of the laws Congress passes they either exempt themselves or are so rich the laws will not impact their own comfort.

Drug addiction is very serious and hard to over come. The best way to overcome addiction is to get some kind of drug rehab This is the best way to overcome drug addiction. I had a brother who was addicted to drugs and he refused to get help. He would start using his current drug of choice and then stop for a while and then start again. this is what finally killed him. That is why i would recommend drug rehab to anyone addicted to drugs.
