“Too often people view working out as a chore, we shouldn’t. I see it as a time to decompress and rejuvenate both body and mind.” - CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric. Why not have fun when you work out? Below is a list of sports that have teams for both men and women.

1. Running: Consists of track workouts once a week, and runs for fun twice a month all year.

2. Rowing: Held three times a week, and competitive racing during the year.

3. Kickball: Everyone remembers kickball from their days in high school gym. Typically around ten games a season in a sport where any level athletes can enjoy.

4. Basketball: Pertisipate in a game once a week, games last around 40 minutes.

5. Cycling: Enjoy the team spirit of cycling with races held one time every week.

Whatever activity you chose the important thing is to stay active.
